2008 FALL SPORT PHYSICAL SCHEDULE

 

 

Sports physical forms for the 2008-2009 school year are currently being updated and will be completed shortly.  Please do not utilize any sports physical forms you may have as these will not be valid starting the 2008-2009 sports seasons.

 

Fall Sports physical evaluation dates offered by Central Dauphin School District will be finalized and announced soon.

 

ImPACT TESTING BEGINS MAY 2008:

Upcoming 9^th graders as well as those upcoming 10^th thru12^th graders planning to participate in the certain sports that have not undergone the ImPACT test in the last 2 years at their respective high school are required to take the ImPACT test prior to participating in the first practice.  This is a computerized exam utilized to successfully diagnose and manage suspected head injuries (i.e. concussions).  The test can only be taken at your respective high school.

UPDATE FOR 8th GRADE MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS:  Beginning May 7th, each Wednesday for the remainder of the school year, 8th Graders will have a workout right after school in our weight room (a bus will be made available to take them to CDHS) until around 4:30.  There will be a late bus that can take them home at 4:45 pm.

 

WEIGHTLIFTING SCHEDULE

CD High School

Off-season training sessions for those already in High School begin on Monday, February 11th, after school every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.  Each session will last until approximately 4:30 pm.

 

PARENTS:  Please encourage your son(s) to actively participate in this training program.  Player dedication has produced great results in our varsity program.  Participation may not ensure wins, but will greatly help them and the team to be physically prepared for the level of competition we face.
